Peter Uniacke

Ordinary Person

Peter and his wife Ellen came to the Albury - Wodonga region in 1990 with their daughter Laura. Their son Chris and youngest child Johanna were born in Albury. They live on 5 acres in nearby Wirlinga.

Peter is a volunteer at the local Community Legal Service, and is involved in a number of other community and sporting Committees of Management. Outside of the law Peter has interests in medieval history and martial arts, music and supporting his family’s interests in art, drama, gymnastics, Little Athletics and soccer.

Extraordinary Lawyer

Peter Uniacke was schooled in suburban Sydney and Melbourne and studied Science & Law at Monash University.

He did practical training in a suburban Melbourne commercial litigation firm before being admitted to practice in 1990. Peter relocated with his family to Albury-Wodonga that year.

Since then, Peter has practised as a litigation and general lawyer in the region. He is an Accredited Specialist with the Law Society of NSW.
