Ordinary Person

John is a local lad who grew up on a farm on the outskirts of Albury. He attended James Fallon High and played cricket and Australian Rules for many years. He is married to Pam and they have 3 adult sons. John loves his miniature dachshund dogs and his 2 “boys” now keep him well and truly occupied. He is still a keen follower of sport and still coaches junior players. He knows that you have to pay back your community and so he has had many community interests over the years. Currently he is the President of the Board of the North Albury Sports Club.

John spent almost 15 years in the NSW Attorney General’s Department working in courts throughout the state before joining the firm in 1985. He is an accredited Arbitrator and Specialist in Family Law. He has worked as a Mediator in Family Law and as a Local Court Arbitrator. John has a broad range of legal experience including residential and commercial conveyancing, wills and estates and criminal law but his main interest is in the complex area of Family Law. His specialist training, maturity, tenacity and innate common sense are a winning recipe for his clients with complicated cases.
